Pulse Current PD Detector

Pulse Current PD Detector

Our pulse current detectors can detect the transformers, cables and other power equipment's pulse current signal when these devices occur partial discharge, in order to determine the equipment of the PD status and nature.

Core standards

  • GB/T 7354-2003 Partial discharge measurtments (IEC60270:2000 IDT)
  • DL/T 846.4-2004 General technical specifications for high voltage test equipments part 4:partial discharge detector
  • DL/T 417-2006 Guide for partial discharge measuring of power equipment

Features

  • Easy to operate

Our software is based on the Microsoft. It’s easy to operate.

  • Automatic calibration

The instrument provides two models of calibration. The automatic calibration is convenient for the new users.

  • Intuitive interface

Our software provides elliptic, linear, sine and two-dimensional and three-dimensional maps of partial discharge. It’s intuitive, easily to observe and analyze a variety of discharges. Frequency, phase, intensity, test voltage and other characteristics are clearly shown in our software.

  • Pulse discrimination

Our pulse current detectors have a strong pulse discrimination system electronically and digitally. This is our core technology in this region. Most noise can be erased by our instruments automatically.

  • Synchronization

Our test system has a 'zero scale input'. It can be connected with outside power system. Our software can automatically show the power, frequency and phase of power supply. The phase of software is exactly same as the phase from the power supply. So any phase analysis is available.

  • Communication interface

There is an ethernet port to communicate with any micro soft supported computer to make the data exchange. USB is available to save and open the data.

  • Multi-channel characteristics

Each channel has this own independent signal modulation, A/D converter, DSP algorithm processing, ethernet interface and TCP/IP protocol. Six channel signals can be shown in same time.

  • More PD analysis tools

Our software provides a lot of functions to analyze the PD signals in complicated situations. The most common used tools are as follows:

Open a window or double windows: you can measure the PD signals only in the windows or erase the signals in the windows.

Scale: you can measure every PD signal per this tool.
